Estimator

We are currently working with a well-established remedial contractor seeking an Estimator to join their team on the Central Coast. The company specialises in remedial construction projects valued up to approximately $5M, delivering high-quality restoration, upgrade, and maintenance works across a range of buildings. Their projects typically involve waterproofing, façade, and roofing remediation.

The Role

As the Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of remedial projects. You will work closely with the internal team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are priced effectively and delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for remedial projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Identifying risks, cost variations, and value engineering opportunities
• Assisting with project handovers and supporting the pre-construction phase

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in remedial construction estimating
• Experience across waterproofing, façade, and roofing works
• Experience pricing projects up to $5M in value
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
